Meeting¶

In meeting mode, the actual decision-making happens through direct dialogue – whether in person or via video call. Rhizome serves as the framework for preparation, documentation, and follow-up.

Concept¶

A topic is prepared in Rhizome and linked to a meeting date. The decision itself is made in conversation. Afterwards, the result is documented in Rhizome so that it is transparent and binding for all participants.

Use cases¶

Meeting mode is suited for complex or sensitive topics where direct exchange is more productive than asynchronous voting. Documentation in Rhizome ensures that results are not lost.
