Special rules¶

Special rules are additional settings that are available depending on the method. In the form, they are listed under Advanced decision rules. Each one has its own reference article:

There are no special rules for consultation and role-based decision. A quorum would be irrelevant in these cases: a decision is made as soon as the person responsible makes it – regardless of how many people have expressed their views beforehand.
