Commands¶
Typing a slash in the composer opens the command menu. This allows you to carry out actions that would otherwise have required a separate dialogue box – without interrupting your typing flow.
Seventeen commands in four groups:

You don’t need to memorise anything: just type the slash and then the first few letters of what you want. The menu will filter the results for you.
Not every command is always available¶
Some commands only appear when they make sense in this context. For example, /decision is not displayed whilst a draft is still open.
This isn’t a glitch, but the answer to a question you’d otherwise only get after clicking.
The commands differ between languages
Not only the label – the command you type. Switch the interface to German and you type /prio instead of /priority, /frist instead of /due, /vorschlag instead of /proposal, /blockiert instead of /blocking.
Only /code, /emoji, /blocker and /tag are the same in both.
In the document¶
In document], the slash also opens a menu – though in this case it contains text blocks: headings, lists, quotations, code blocks and expandable sections. You can also use your own templates, if your organisation has created any.
