Point limit per option

The point limit per option restricts how many points a single participant can place on one option. By default there is no limit.

This is especially useful when participants proposed their own options during the deliberation phase. Without a limit, each person might concentrate their entire budget on their own proposal, which reveals nothing about second or third preferences. A per-option limit encourages broader distribution and makes relative preferences visible.
