Point limit per option¶

The point limit per option restricts the number of points a person can place on a single option. By default, there is no limit.

This is particularly useful when participants have put forward their own clear preferences or proposals during the discussion. Without a limit, each person could allocate their entire budget to their own proposal, which would make it impossible to gauge their second or third preferences. A limit encourages a broader distribution and reveals relative preferences.
